- This exclusive fare is only valid for bookings made 24 hours before the pick-up time
- For your comfort, each booking is advised to 3 passengers with or without luggage.

- We will monitor on flight status of every assignment on best effort basis. However, the customer is advised to inform/notify GSTL’s center as soon as possible at 1300-800-222 for flight delayed/flight changed/flight cancelled or any other circumstance to avoid driver make an empty trip. GSTL will not be responsible for flight delayed/flight changed/flight cancelled leading to the forfeiture of your ride with no refund.
- Refund/Cancellation policy:
a. Cancellation at 24 hours and above before pick up time – 90% refund of the paid amount
b. Cancellation less than 24 hours before pick up time or no show – no refund
- Waiting Policy:
a. Generally, complimentary waiting time for city pick up is 15 minutes and 30 minutes for the airport pick up after the scheduled pickup time
b. For extension of waiting time, at the earliest possible time, contact GSTL at 1300-800-222 or contact the driver directly (the contact number shall be provided for each assignment). The request for additional waiting time is subject to the confirmation of the driver and his/her availability as at the time.
i. Extended waiting time shall be charged at MYR30 for every 30 minutes, either pay by cash/credit card to the driver.
- Drivers have the right to refuse any ride with exceeding the number of passenger as regulated by the Authority. Customer may contact to GSTL at 1300-800-222 to arrange an additional unit of vehicle and additional fare will be borne by the customer, as last minute booking will be arranged on best effort basis/subject to availability of vehicle at the time.
