Terms & Conditions for GTrans-CIMB Airport Transfer Promotion
- The promotion is valid till 31st December 2022.
- For 2-way transfers in a single booking, you will enjoy a 10% discount of the total fare.
- Payment must be made with CIMB Premier Credit Cards.
- The promotion is valid only for bookings between Klang Valley and KLIA/KLIA2.
- This exclusive fare is only valid for bookings made 24 hours before the pick-up time.
- For your comfort, we advise to limit each booking to 3 passengers, with or without luggage.
- Bookings must be made via www.gtrans.com.my/cimb.

- We will monitor the flight status of every assignment on best effort basis. However, the customer is advised to inform/notify GTrans as soon as possible at 1300-800-222 for flight delays, changes, cancellations, or any other circumstances to prevent unnecessary trips. GTrans will not be responsible for flight delayed/flight changed/flight cancelled leading to the forfeiture of your ride with no refund.
- Refund/Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation at more than 24 hours before pick up time – 90% refund of the paid amount
- Cancellation at less than 24 hours before pick up time or no show – no refund
- Waiting Policy:
- Generally, complimentary waiting time for city pick up is 15 minutes and 30 minutes for the airport pick up after the scheduled pickup time
- For extension of waiting time, at the earliest possible time, contact GTrans at 1300-800-222 or contact the driver directly (the contact number shall be provided for each assignment). The request for additional waiting time is subject to the confirmation of the driver and his/her availability as at the time.
- Extended waiting time shall be charged at MYR30 for every 30 minutes, either pay by cash/credit card to the driver.
- Drivers have the right to refuse any ride with exceeding the number of passengers as regulated by the Authority. Customers may contact GTrans at 1300-800-222 to arrange an additional unit of vehicle and additional fare will be borne by the customer, as last-minute bookings will be arranged on best effort basis/subject to availability of vehicle at the time.
